AI Sales Agent

AI Sales Agent: sales conversations in chat

The agent answers in seconds, 24/7, from your approved knowledge base. It qualifies the need, leads the customer to one agreed action — a call, a callback or a contact — and hands the dialogue to a human with a structured context.

What the agent does

From first question to an agreed action

Answers from your approved knowledge base

Uses your approved knowledge base to answer questions about availability, terms and options, including nights and weekends.

Qualifies the need

Clarifies budget, timing, location and other mandatory parameters in a natural dialogue, following your qualification scenario.

Leads to one action

Moves the customer to the action you chose: a direct call, an agreed callback, a shared contact — or a handoff to your consultant.

Hands over with context

Before a human takes the dialogue, the agent prepares a structured note: need, parameters, objections and the agreed next step. No re-asking the customer.

Follows up

Returns to silent chats with agreed follow-ups, so no conversation is dropped just because a customer paused.

Reports every dialogue

Managers see all conversations, qualified leads and problem chats — with notifications in your messenger and weekly statistics.

Why it is not a chatbot

A sales dialogue, not a menu

A chatbot walks a visitor through rigid buttons. The AI Sales Agent leads a conversation the way your best salespeople do: it adapts to the customer’s answers, keeps the goal in mind and works by the standards of your sales process — built from real qualification scripts, objections and arguments.

Control

The agent works inside boundaries you approve

The rules are agreed before launch — and every action is logged, so you always know what the agent said and why.

Approved knowledge base and topics

The agent answers only from the knowledge base you approved and only on allowed topics. Inventory and price feeds can be connected, so answers stay current — with no improvised promises.

Stop rules and human handoff

When a question falls outside the scenario — or the customer asks for a person — the dialogue goes to your consultant, with the structured context attached.

Full action log

Every message and decision is journaled. Problem dialogues are flagged and sent to the manager’s messenger.

Personal data under control

Before launch, we agree which fields are masked, which systems and models may process them, where and how long data is stored, and how it is deleted.

Results

Measured in real deployments

Numbers from customer deployments — measured on their streams. The largest case: a network of 13 car dealerships. Results depend on the scenario and traffic. Your pilot gets its own metrics, agreed before launch.

How to start

A pilot with clear rules and metrics

Pricing is custom and depends on channels and dialogue volume. Start with a short brief — we will reply with a pilot plan and a quote.

1

Set the frame

One channel, one segment, one target action. We agree the knowledge base, allowed topics, stop rules and handoff conditions.

2

Start safely

First the agent drafts answers without sending them. Then it takes a limited share of incoming chats, under your team’s supervision.

3

Measure the effect

Target actions, qualification completeness, handoffs, errors and customer reactions — you decide on scaling based on measured numbers.

Works on its own — or with Conversation Analysis

The agent and the analytics are separate products with a shared data format. Launch the agent alone, or add call and chat analysis so every conversation — human or AI — lands in one structured layer.

About Conversation Analysis
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is this just another chatbot?
No. A chatbot walks a visitor through a rigid menu. The AI Sales Agent leads a sales dialogue: it answers from an approved knowledge base, adapts to what the customer says, qualifies the need and moves the conversation toward one agreed action.
What keeps the agent under control?
Allowed topics, stop rules, human handoff conditions and a full action log are agreed before launch. The agent works only inside the approved scenario and hands the dialogue to a person when a question falls outside it.
Which channels does it work in?
WhatsApp, Telegram, MAX, VK, Avito and website chat. A pilot starts with one channel and one segment, then expands to the channels where it proves itself.
Which languages does the agent speak?
Russian, English, Spanish, German, French and other languages — the working set is agreed for your channel and audience.
Do we need the Conversation Analysis product to use the agent?
No. The AI Sales Agent and Conversation Analysis are separate products. They share a data format and reinforce each other, but each can be bought and launched on its own.
Does the agent handle voice calls?
The Sales Agent works in text channels. Voice conversations are covered by Conversation Analysis, which processes recorded calls; the agent can invite the customer to a call at the right moment.
