Payment Terms
1. Payment Processor
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. on behalf of:
Rexalto Inc., a Delaware Limited Liability Company, United States of America.
2. Currency
Payments are charged in the currency applicable to your region (USD, EUR, GBP, or other supported currencies).
3. Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Usage-based charges are invoiced at the end of each billing period.
4. Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor.
5. Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 14 days of the charge for eligible refunds.
6. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge the payment method again. After repeated failures, access to the service may be suspended.
